Procedure to New GEPCO Connection
GEPCO New Connection Services is pleased to welcome you. From the comfort of their own homes, our users will be able to measure the cost of the new connection, apply for a new connection, monitor new connection requests, and file a complaint about a new connection using these online services.
The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited was established over the previous Area Electricity Board’s authority and electric power system, which was developed in the early 1980s. Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Sialkot, Narowal, Gujrat, and Mandi Bahauddin were included in the new district.
Process for Generating a New Connection

The processes for New Connection, Change of Name, Change of Tariff, and Decrease of Loads are contained in the enclosures, which are centered on the NEPRA endorsed Customer Service Manual, which has been converted into Urdu for the following categories:-
- Category-I licensed Authority A.M/SDO (1KW-15KW)
- Category-II approved Authority (16KW-70KW) XEN/D.M
- Category-III licensed Authority (70 KW-500 KW) S.E./Manager
